Social responsibility & sustainability

At Dilaco, we are aware that innovation and corporate social responsibility are inextricably linked. Sustainability is the key here.
Safety and health is an important aspect so that our employees can work safely and healthily.

  • PROFIT
    • The Dilaco group is also healthy from a financial point of view. This allows us to invest in our people and the quality of our services. We maintain control and overview and constantly measure the results of our activities. The Business Managers report to the Managing Director on a monthly basis. We prepare a forecast every year.

  • EMPLOYEES
    • Safety and well-being are always recurring key concepts. Every Dilaco employee is properly equipped to properly perform the task entrusted to him. Every colleague is well trained and briefed.

  • ENVIRONMENT
    • We want to minimize our impact on the environment. We use fuel-efficient vehicles and encourage lease cars. We separate our waste and use recyclable material. Public transport has priority. For an international meeting, we prefer a video conference.

  • POSITIVE ECOLOGICAL INFLUENCE THROUGH GEOGRAPHICAL SPREAD OF DILACO SERVICE POINTS OVER ALL OF BELGIUM
    • The central stock (Zaventem-Belgium) and local warehouses form a junction for the storage and distribution of all parts and machines between the different locations. Deliveries are delivered overnight to our PUDOs (Pick-Up & Drop-off): available 24 hours a day for our field engineers.

  • RECYCLING LIFECYCLE CARE FOR ELECTRONICS
    • Controlled electronics recycling at Dilaco involves selecting and coordinating responsible recycling partners to process waste material with the intention of maximizing the level of recovery.
Dilaco identifies materials that no longer have a useful life in their current form and sorts them into essential raw materials that must be processed by reputable partners. Where possible, we try to do this in a cost-neutral way and always ensure that we comply with local laws and regulations.
